DMCA & Copyright Policy

Revolt Print respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure below.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a copyright infringement notice, send a written notice to legal@revoltprint.com that includes: a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; a description of the material you believe is infringing and its location on our platform; your contact information including name, address, phone number, and email address; a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Response to Valid Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, Revolt Print will: remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content; notify the user who uploaded the content; and provide the user with an opportunity to file a counter-notice.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@revoltprint.com. Your counter-notice must include: identification of the removed content and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error; your name, address, phone number, and email address; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which your address is located.

4. Repeat Infringers

Revolt Print maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
